Heidi St. Pierre

Clinical Supervisor: M.Ed., Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Heidi St. Pierre serves as the clinical supervisor and senior behaviour consultant for HSP Behaviour Consulting. Heidi oversees the responsibilities of individual teams and provides direct supervision to team members seeking board certification as behaviour analysts. Heidi also works closely with each family, delivers assessments, develops and monitors intervention programming, provides training and education and works directly with each child on an on-going basis. Heidi holds a masters degree in special education from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. in linguistics from the University of Victoria. Heidi has been a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) since 2008 and has over 15 years of experience providing behaviour analytic intervention services to children with ASD in home, school and community settings throughout the lower mainland area. Heidi also holds memberships in multiple behaviour analytic organizations including the BC Association of Behaviour Analysis, the Association of Behaviour Analysis International, and the Standard Celeration Society.

Daniel Khotawanich

Junior Behaviour Technician: B.Sc. Behaviour Neurosciences

Daniel graduated from The University of British Columbia in the spring of 2018, with a bachelor’s degree in Behaviour Neurosciences. He joined HSP Behaviour Consulting as a Junior Behaviour Technician (JBT) in February 2019, after two years of experience supporting children with developmental disabilities. Daniel began volunteering in Bangkok, Thailand, where he collaborated with special education teachers in running the day care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and global development delay (GDD). In Canada, he continues to offer his services by volunteering with an occupational therapist to support a child with ASD and GDD. In his current role as a JBT, Daniel delivers one-on-one individualized behavioural intervention programs, collects and monitors data, and participates in team and family meetings across home and early education settings. Daniel aspires to pursue a career in occupational therapy to acquiesce his passion of improving the quality of life for children with disabilities.

Amy Hogg

Junior Behaviour Technician: BSc, Psychology.

Amy joined HSP Behaviour Consulting as a Junior Behaviour Technician in January 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Lincoln (UK) which she completed in May 2017. Amy has over 3 years of experience working with children and adolescents with an autism spectrum diagnosis in a variety of educational and home settings. As a JBT with HSP Behaviour Consulting, Amy works directly with clients and their families by implementing clients individualized behaviour analytic intervention programmes. She is also responsible for recording and monitoring data, communicating with all team members and actively participates in all team meetings. Amy is passionate about this area of work and hopes to soon pursue further education in this area, specializing in Autism and related disorders.
