Heidi St. Pierre

Clinical Supervisor: M.Ed., Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)

Heidi St. Pierre serves as the clinical supervisor and senior behaviour consultant for HSP Behaviour Consulting. Heidi oversees the responsibilities of individual teams and provides direct supervision to team members seeking board certification as behaviour analysts. Heidi also works closely with each family, delivers assessments, develops and monitors intervention programming, provides training and education and works directly with each child on an on-going basis. Heidi holds a masters degree in special education from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. in linguistics from the University of Victoria. Heidi has been a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) since 2008 and has over 15 years of experience providing behaviour analytic intervention services to children with ASD in home, school and community settings throughout the lower mainland area. Heidi also holds memberships in multiple behaviour analytic organizations including the BC Association of Behaviour Analysis, the Association of Behaviour Analysis International, and the Standard Celeration Society.

Beth Schilling

Program Manager: M.Ed., Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA)

Beth is a senior program manager and junior behaviour consultant with HSP Behaviour Consulting. Beth works closely with each child, his or her primary caregivers, and any other professionals that may be directly involved in supporting healthy development. Under the supervision of Heidi St. Pierre, Beth delivers assessments, develops and monitors intervention programming, provides education and training and works frequently with each of the children on her caseload. Beth has a masters in special education from the University of British Columbia, with a concentration in autism and developmental disabilities. She has an undergraduate degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis with a focus in autism from Capilano University. Beth currently holds board certification as an assistant behaviour analyst (BCaBA).

Jeremy Sherstone

Senior Behaviour Technician

Jeremy serves as a senior behaivour technician with HSP Behaviour Consulting. He holds an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Laurentian University and a certificate in autism and applied behaviour analysis from St. Lawrence College. Jeremy is currently enrolled in a Special Education Master’s program at the University of British Columbia and hopes to complete his studies in the summer of 2019. He has over 15 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia. As a senior behaviour technician Jeremy works one on one with clients, implements all home programs, collects and analyses data, communicates directly with all team members and is an active participant at team meetings.

Danielle Robinson

Senior Behaviour Technician

Danielle is a senior behaviour technician with HSP Behaviour Consulting. She holds an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Studies from Ryerson University and a certificate in Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis from Douglas College. Danielle is currently completing an M.Ed in Early Childhood Education at The University of British Columbia and is expecting to graduate in September, 2017. Further, Danielle is enrolled at Arizona State University, completing BACB approved coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Danielle has over 10 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families in home, school and community settings. As a senior behaviour technician, Danielle works directly with clients, implements behaviour intervention programs, collects and analyzes data, as well as communicates and collaborates with families and other team members.
